Cookies Policy

How ReviewForAI uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site fast, minimal, and useful.

Our approach

ReviewForAI is a technical AI evaluation platform. We do not operate a social network, user accounts, or advertising systems. This cookies policy reflects that reality: we collect only what is necessary to understand aggregated usage patterns and maintain site performance.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow a website to recognize your browser across visits and remember certain preferences or state. Some cookies are essential for a site to function; others help measure performance anonymously.

Types of cookies we use

1. Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the website to operate correctly. They enable basic functions like page navigation, load balancing, and security features. The site cannot function properly without them.

CookiePurposeDuration
Session identifiersMaintain server-side session state (e.g., form submissions, security tokens)Session
Load-balancer cookiesRoute requests to the correct server instanceSession

Essential cookies do not store personally identifiable information.

2. Analytics cookies

We use minimal analytics to understand which AI model reviews and technical analyses are being read, how users discover the site, and how we can improve content structure. These cookies help us measure aggregated, non-personal traffic patterns.

We may use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymous usage data such as page views, referrer URLs, and device categories. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not send any personal identifiers.
  • Google Search Console (indirect): Measures search performance and click-through rates on search results. This does not set cookies on your device; data is derived from aggregated Google search logs.

The purpose of analytics is strictly operational: we use it to prioritize technical content, identify dead ends, and optimize the reading experience for developers and engineers.

3. Performance optimization

A small set of cookies helps us monitor and improve page load times, content delivery efficiency, and browser/device compatibility. These may record:

  • Whether you have visited the site before (to measure return traffic patterns)
  • Device type and screen resolution (to optimize layout)
  • Errors or slowdowns encountered during your session

Performance cookies do not track you across other websites. They are used only to improve the speed and reliability of ReviewForAI.

What we do not do

To be absolutely clear:

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
  • We do not track users across other websites for ad targeting.
  • We do not build personal user profiles or attach identity to browsing behavior.
  • We do not require user accounts or logins, so no authentication cookies exist.

If you see a cookie set by a third-party service, it is for the purposes described above (analytics, performance, security), not for surveillance or advertising.

Data philosophy

ReviewForAI follows a minimal data collection philosophy:

  • No personal identity tracking. Analytics are anonymized and aggregated.
  • No behavioral profiling. We do not build dossiers on individual visitors.
  • No advertising systems. The site is funded without targeted ads.

The goal is to keep the platform fast, transparent, and developer-focused. We collect only the data needed to maintain and improve that experience.

Third-party services

To deliver the site, we rely on a small number of third-party infrastructure providers. These services may set their own cookies as part of their normal operation:

  • Cloudflare: Provides security (DDoS protection, bot management) and content delivery. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie to distinguish between human and automated traffic.
  • Hosting and CDN providers: Our hosting platform and any content delivery networks may use cookies for load balancing and caching. These are essential for performance.

We do not embed third-party widgets, social media trackers, or advertising pixels. Third-party services are limited to infrastructure and basic analytics.

Your control over cookies

You can control and delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Common options include:

  • Block all cookies: Prevents any cookies from being set. This may break essential functions like navigation state and security checks.
  • Delete existing cookies: Removes all stored cookies from your device.
  • Enable “Do Not Track” (DNT): Sends a signal requesting that websites do not track you. We respect DNT headers and will disable analytics cookies when this signal is present.
  • Browser-specific settings: Most modern browsers allow you to manage cookies on a per-site basis.

Please note that disabling essential cookies may degrade site functionality—for example, you may see loading delays or loss of state between pages. Disabling analytics cookies will have no effect on your ability to read and navigate the site.

The DevPro ecosystem

ReviewForAI is part of a family of technical platforms for AI builders:

  • LLMDevPro — LLM systems engineering fundamentals
  • AgentDevPro — AI agent architecture and orchestration
  • ReviewForAI — model evaluation and release analysis
  • AIToolsDevPro — curated AI tools directory

Each site operates under the same minimal-data philosophy. No cross-site tracking or shared user profiles exist between these domains.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this cookies policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or the data we collect. Updates will be posted on this page. The latest version was last updated on July 10, 2026.

If a change is significant, we will note it clearly on the site.
